  1. This looks fabulous! I keep a little rosemary on my deck. Just had an epiphany: I exercise and eat healthily (for the most part), but I’m not losing weight. I think I’m not eating enough!! I’ve thrown my body into starvation mode!!!

    • Everything turned out so well, Doc. Really, and it was so easy. Glad to learn that healthy eating is a part of your living routine. The secret to lose weight really is no secret at all–burn off more than you take in. A plant-based and vegetable-based diet is ideal for that and 150 minutes/week of moderate intensity exercise will usually do the trick in combination with that.
